• Select instore pickup as your delivery method during checkout
• Receive an email or SMS notification, to collect your order. In-store pickups will be available next business day, unless notified otherwise.
• Ensure you have your order collection notification (on your phone is fine) or a photo ID when collecting your order
• If you wish to organise contactless pick up either make a note during checkout or contact us on 0411 568 153 or info@crystalmountain.com.au 

Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf, provided they have:

• A copy of the order collection notification
• A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
• Photo ID

Orders must be collected within 14 days, uncollected items will be refunded and incur a restocking fee.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and given at checkout before payment is made.

Dispatch of goods is within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed next Business day.
