Does Crystal Mountain have a store front?
Yes we certainly do! You can locate us at: Shop A / 119 Long road, Tamborine Mountain, QLD, 4272, Australia. We are open 7 days a week 10am to 4pm aest.

Closed christmas day, open all other public holidays.

Are your crystals genuine?
Yes! we guarantee all our crystals are genuine, of excellent quality and correctly identified, our Gemmologist and crystal pro's use industry leading gem testing equipment to verify the authenticity of each item.

Which payment methods are available?
Our online store accepts PayPal, AfterPay and ZipPay as well as all major debit or credit cards.

Our Retail Shop accepts AfterPay, ZipPay, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB and Cash.

Australian Shipping
Crystal Mountain sends all domestic parcels via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and given at checkout before payment is made.

Dispatch of goods is within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed next Business day.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery times are subject to Australia Post and shipping provider services. Crystal Mountain cannot assume responsibility for any delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s and shipping providers control or for any missing items after they have been lodge for shipping.

**Orders totalling over 20kgs will require special freight services, please contact us at info@crystalmountain.com.au with desired product numbers/SKU found on product page and we will calculate the best available customised freight costs.**

International Shipping
Crystal Mountain sends all International parcels via Australia Post.

How are the crystals measured?
All items and specimens are measured by hand, we take the greatest of care in achieving accurate measurements, however slight variances may occur.

Are the crystal photos altered or enhanced?
All photos of our products are genuine photos of the item fore sale. The photos are taken using a special light box with LED illumination. Due to the nature of phones, laptops and personal computers the colour saturation and density will vary from device to device.

Am I buying the crystal shown in the photo?
Each crystal you purchase is exactly the same as shown in its product photos, unless otherwise stated as being a multiple item. we will never send an alternative to what you have purchased. however due to the nature of our video and photographic equipment, there may be slight differences in saturation of colour between the photos and videos. we do not colour saturate our photos and we strive to give an accurate representation of our products.
